Activity Reason Text :	OOS MAY2014 OOS Feb and March 2014; possibly April-per phone call OOS UNTIL JAN 2014 OOS OCT2013 OOS until AUG2013 2/15/2011; two satisfactory samples have finally been collected so this well is being returned to service. See below. Well maint. performed and they have had trouble getting satisfactory sample. After several attempts a satisfactory sample was collected. A followup routine sample was collected which was not satisfactory. During all this time the well has not been used for production to the water plant. More work on the well will be taken until problem is corrected. No further samples will be taken indefinitely. SCJ Andrea, Heyworth sent in a routine sample for WL01250 for sample #10072145-2 and it was positive for total coliform. When I called the client to inform them it was positive they said the well was down for cleaning. The client called the regional office and they were told they didn¿t need to collect a repeat sample. The client has since sent in the well sample as a repair¿sample #10073589-1. These samples have not yet been sent in to drinking water watch yet.
